Email one package to Zimtenders@oxfam.org.uk. Use the subject line: your name, then “Consultancy for the Assessment Report on Strengthening Markets and Value Chains for Women’s Economic Empowerment”. Include a technical proposal of up to 12 pages, a separate financial proposal in US dollars, tax clearance, CVs of key personnel and an example of a similar report by the lead consultant. The ToR gives 7 November, a Saturday, with no closing time. VacancyMail gives 17:00, so we show that. Submit as early as you can.
