How do I renew?
We email you 5 days before your pass ends with a link to renew. You can also renew at any time from this page. Time you buy early is added to the end of your current pass.
What happens when a pass ends?
You move to the free plan. You keep the weekly email and 1 saved alert, and leave the private WhatsApp group. Your saved alerts stay in your account for when you renew.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. Paynow sends a payment confirmation, and we email a receipt for every order. Your orders are also listed under My account.
Can I get a refund?
Contact us about any problem with an order.
How do team accounts work?
The Firm plan covers up to 5 team members. After you buy it, add their email addresses under My account, Team. They get Firm benefits when they sign in with those addresses.
