Using the listings
Listings are summaries of ToRs published by other organisations. We check them carefully, but the original ToR is what counts. Always confirm details with the issuing organisation before you apply. See the disclaimer.
Accounts
You need an account to buy a plan or a template. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Firm accounts may add up to 5 team members.
Plans are passes
Pro and Firm plans are passes for a fixed period (30 or 365 days). They do not renew automatically. We remind you by email 5 days before a pass ends. Founding member pricing applies for 12 months from your first founding purchase while you keep renewing.
Templates and services
Templates are for your own bids and those of your firm. Do not resell or share them publicly. Services are delivered by the stated time after payment. If we cannot meet a stated time, we will tell you and offer [remedy].
Posting a ToR
Organisations may post ToRs for free. We may edit a submission for clarity or decline it. Featured listings run for 7 days from publication. By posting, you confirm you are allowed to share the ToR.
Payments and refunds
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Paynow. [refund policy]
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, resell listings, send spam through our forms or try to break the site.
