Questions
What file formats do you accept?
PDF or Word (DOCX), up to 10MB. Templates come as Word, Excel or XLSForm files, as listed on each one.
How long does it take?
CV tailoring and proposal review take up to 48 hours from payment. Proposal writing depends on the bid, and we agree a date with you before we start.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. CV tailoring includes one round of changes. For reviews, reply to our feedback with any questions and we will answer them.
Are my documents kept private?
Yes. Uploads are stored in a private folder that is not on the public website, used only for your order and deleted 90 days after your order. We never share your documents.
