Send a technical proposal of 10 to 12 pages (excluding CVs and annexes) and a separate, itemised financial proposal. Include CVs, conflict of interest declarations and at least two referees. Send it to Jobs.Zimbabwe@actionaid.org, as the ToR asks. Sources give different closing times for 8 November, which is a Sunday: 10:00 and 17:00. The ToR says the deadline is set in ActionAid’s procurement notice, so we show the earlier time. Confirm with ActionAid Zimbabwe before you apply.
