Mark your submission “PROSE-ECM Ex-Post Evaluation”. Send a letter of interest, a technical proposal, a separate financial proposal, team CVs, registration documents, three recommendation letters and a sample evaluation report. Hand delivery is also accepted at 15 Lezard Avenue, Milton Park, Harare. The ToR gives the deadline as the end of the business day on 13 November with no clock time, so we show 16:00 to be safe.
